Kronos Systems Specialist

We are looking for a technically experience Systems Specialist with Kronos/UKG who can get involved in implementation, configuration and troubleshooting as part of the project team with my client.

This is a company wide implementation encompassing various technology platforms and you'll be the expert on UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions, ensuring every beat aligns with the strategic programme of work.

* Kronos WFC and Dimensions (WFM Pro): You'll dive deep, fine-tuning configurations and integrations to make the systems sing.

* A deep understanding of UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions (WFM Pro).

* Familiarity with support and ticketing systems – you're a master of issue resolution.

* A solid grasp of Time and Attendance, timekeeping intricacies, and payroll fundamentals.

* A proven track record of successfully working on system configurations, implementations, and integrations.

* The ability to partner with the business, driving change and fostering adoption of new technologies.

* Exceptional analytical skills and the power to transform data into actionable intelligence.

* A proactive mindset, a love for continuous improvement, and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.

Bonus points for:
