Role Overview:

A part of the Merchandising team, you'll set up and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything's on track.

Managing intake process from PO to warehouse, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders.
Evaluates shipment schedules, facilitates bookings, and presents the Shipment Schedule bi-weekly at Cash Flow OTB meetings.
Supports PO creation, ensuring accuracy in volumes, quantities, CBM, and cost prices while maintaining accurate records.
Communicates weekly intake, resolves delivery issues, manages backorders, and ensures website SKUs are enabled.
Builds strong relationships with suppliers, warehousing, and shipping partners, and supports the team during peak periods.What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you will have a degree and at least 1 year of retail experience
Must be comfortable working with numbers and have intermediate Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
A confident communicator.
A candidate with Strong attention to detail.
