Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
Support the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to children, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
Adapt to different school settings and teams, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to each assignment.
Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere within the classroom.Requirements:

A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational development.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a KS1 setting is desirable but not essential.
Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification is desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various primary schools.
