Salary c£22,000 to £23,000 plus bonus
We are working in partnership with a well-established national law firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator, to join their lovely office in Leamington Spa town centre as a New Business Assistant, supporting their conveyancing/property team.
The firm are Lexcel and CQS accredited, employing over 450 staff in their growing network of offices throughout the UK.
The role will involve:
Providing full support to the Property New Business Team
Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system
Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
Opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
Building and maintaining good relationship with new business introducers
Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their house move
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
Scanning and photocopying of paperwork/documentsSuitable candidates will have:
Previous legal administration experience
The ability to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on conveyancing files
High levels of speed and accuracy
An excellent telephone manner
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational skillsThis is a full time office-based permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
