Room Leader Role

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education

Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding care and education to children in your care

Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities

Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
