Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in using both power and hand tools. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Duties

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

* Ensure that all installations comply with relevant codes and regulations.

* Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.

* Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.

* Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on various projects.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

* Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standards.

* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to electrical work.

* Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Recognised industry grading e.g. JIB

* 18th Edition

* C&G 2391 Qualified (or current equivalent)

* Full UK Driving licence
