Change Management and Communications Analyst

This Change Management and Communications Analyst will report to the Project Delivery Lead and will work within the Strategy & Regulation directorate based in our London office. You will be a permanent employee.

You will attract a salary of £44,000.00 and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

JOB PURPOSE

You will help ensure that our business wide process and system refresh projects are successful by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, which involves supporting people to adopt the business processes changes, new applications and technology.

With a background in Change Management, you will work with the Project Delivery Lead to deliver the Change Management strategy, collaborate with important partners/champion networks and develop support materials. You will also use your experience developing communications to create comms content which will reach all areas of the business.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coordinate specific change management projects, as defined in the Change Management Plan

Update the Change Management and Comms Plan with the important partners

Prepare engagement materials

Support communication efforts by developing important communications.

Assess the change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying important partners

Support training efforts by documenting requirements, supporting the delivery of training programmes.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience with change management processes

Change Management certified (e.g. Prosci or APMG)

Create a variety of communications, including:

E-mail comms

Presentations

Videos

Social media

Create messages to communicate with a variety of audiences

Maintain productive working relationships with a variety of partners, across multiple levels

Root cause analysis skills

Team player

Project management skills to manage change projects

Experience with large organisational changes

Experience in utilities
