Salary: £23.27 - £24.27 per hour

Job Description:
They are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team. The successful candidate will have an active and clear NMC pin and experience working in a care home setting. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' responses.

* Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being.

* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident progress.

* Support residents and their families, addressing any concerns or queries.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Active and clear NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).

* Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.

* Strong clinical and assessment skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
