Teaching Assistant

Location: Islington, London

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to children with behavioural issues or learning difficulties.
Work across a range of age groups within the primary school setting.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the educational and emotional development of all pupils.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
Experience in supporting children with behavioural and learning difficulties is desirable.
Must have a valid DBS check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
