Description

Optimising logistics processes within the company's operations.
Analysing current systems and creating new methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
Providing technical support for the logistics team.
Developing and implementing efficient logistics strategies.
Collaborating with various departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Evaluating logistics operations with an eye for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
Maintaining communication with staff in the logistics department.
Ensuring the quality of all logistics services provided.Profile

A successful Logistics Process Engineer should have:

A solid educational background in Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
Proven experience in process / logistics engineering within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
WMS experience is an advantage
Experience of MTM, Lean, Six sigma is preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.Job Offer

A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000. 6-12month fixed term contract
