Job Title: Trainee CNC Programmer
Location: Near Downham Market
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
 
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients team as a Trainee CNC Programmer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in CNC programming, with training provided to the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the programming and operation of CNC machines.
Learn to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
Working with production teams to ensure efficiency and precision in manufacturing processes.
Support machine setup, tool selection, and testing.
Perform quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards.
Follow health and safety procedures. Requirements:

Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Production and CNC experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for those with the right potential.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
Good communication and organizational skills. Benefits:
