Are you a skilled and versatile Electrical Test Operator looking for your next challenge? This dynamic company is seeking a talented individual to join their manufacturing team as an Electrical Test Operator.

About the Role

As the Electrical Test Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of test tasks within the operational business. This includes certifying products in line with the company's certification procedures, maintaining product approvals through regular audits, and applying your diverse skill set across a range of tasks.

Key responsibilities include setting up testing procedures, conducting tests on electronic equipment, performing simple fault-finding, and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately. You will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and product quality, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this Electrical Test Operator role will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21/ONC
Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent
Manual handling training
Lifting & Slinging training (including overhead cranes)
ESD training
No colour blindnessIn addition, you should be a team player with a strong customer focus, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
