What will you be doing?

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understanding client needs and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
Monitoring client performance and providing regular reports and recommendations.
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.What are we looking for?

Previous experience in client relationship management or account management is essential.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client issues and concerns.
Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
