Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for Stock Condition Surveyors to join our Investment Planning team.
You’ll cover a variety of surveying tasks on residential properties and assets across our portfolio. Your work will have a key role in informing the future direction of our 5-year investment programme so give us the insight into how make sure our homes are fit for the future and meet the needs of our customers.

Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake surveys to take into account stock condition and the health and safety rating system.
Accurately assess, rate and collect property information, in line with programme requirements and plans.
Complete energy efficiency surveys and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Carry out detailed stock condition surveys, technical due diligence surveys and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
Provide timely reports and/or certification for teams across Thirteen.
About You:
Previous experience as a Domestic Energy Assessor or Surveyor. If you’ve worked within social housing, this would be a bonus.
An Accredited HHSRS Assessor and Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
A sound knowledge of building regulations, disabled access, fire, CDM, and health and safety legislation.
Great communication skills, with the ability to produce good quality technical reports.
