Job Title: Registered Manager

Ideally looking for someone who has Complex Care Experience

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the operational performance of the service; you be responsible and accountable for its 24 hour management.

Main Duties:

* Assuming the role of CQC Registered Manager

* Ensuring complaince with all relevent legislation

* Responsible for the operational performance of the service

* Ensuring that all points of the service delivery are implemented to high standards

* Managing a team of staff, ensuring that duties are completed and providing leadership

* Liaising with service users, local authorties and other stakeholders

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 yers’ experience as a Registered Manager

* Minimum of Level 5 in Leadership and Management

* Full driving license with use of own vehicle
