An extremely reputable, first class Building Consultancy are seeking a Building Surveyor who is eager to move towards a Senior position now, or in the near future.

The Building Surveyor’s role

The new Building Surveyor will be based out of the Surrey team, working across a broad mix of private sector projects, mainly carrying out a project biased role with elements of professional services.

Alongside the above, the successful Building Surveyor shall also help mentor and manage the less experienced Building Surveyors in the team – whether that be with their APC or day to day workload.

Position: MRICS Building Surveyor

Location: Thames Valley

Work type: mainly project biased across private sector projects

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + benefits
