What you'll do
You'll be supporting the Building Safety Regulation team in demonstrating that residents in our high rise buildings are safe.

We're recruiting an 18month fixed term contract post.

Fixed term contract:
A big part of this Project Officer role is to put together Landlord Certificates for NHG's leaseholders as part of the sales and re-mortgaging process.. To do this you'll need to work with experts across the team and use your dynamic time management skills to get what you need to keep on top of deadlines. Meeting deadlines in this role is critical to provide the best service to customers and to meet regulatory deadlines.

As well as this you'll provide primarily desk based support across the team on other tasks and projects for the Senior Project Manager and Building Safety Managers and Safety Case Developers. The projects can vary over time so you'll need to be flexible in delivering a range of outcomes. This variety will however see you develop knowledge and skills to take further in a career in building safety.
Alongside these projects you'll need to be comfortable providing dependable administrative support, like minute taking and raising purchase orders.

How you'll do it

Respond to Landlord Certificate requests as they are made by customers
Gather information about our buildings to ensure landlord certificates are accurate.
Gather key performance information about landlord certificates to be shared in a monthly performance review.
Organise and schedule monthly meetings, including minutes taking, support for building safety regulation and share of Building Safety directorate team minute taking duties
Raising Purchase Orders as required
Provide cover as/when required across the team
Provide general support to team members on various Building Safety Regulations tasks or projects as and when required.

Essential:

Understanding of property leases
Accurate data gathering experience
Ability to manage own time and tasks effectivelyDesirable:

Ability to interpret key information from property lease How you'll do it

Manage incoming requests for Landlord Certificates, ensuring requests are completed within the set timescale.
Record Landlord Certificate performance for reporting and continuous improvement
Support ongoing projects such as uploading high-rise building floorplans onto fire brigade portals and assisting Building Safety Managers with key building information.
Organise and schedule monthly meetings, including minutes taking, support for building safety regulation and share of Building Safety directorate team minute taking duties
Raising Purchase Orders as required
Co-ordinate key management system for high rise buildings
Support with gathering evidence for applications for accreditation, such as Building a Safer Future
Provide general support to team members on various Building Safety Regulations tasks or projects as and when required.
Perform any other duties within the Building Safety Regulations Team reasonably required and within capacity.

Dynamic co-ordination of own time and task
