Role: Customer Account Manager
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB23
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (OFFICE BASED)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

Your duties:
* Communicate with new and existing customers and keep them informed on any updates regarding offers or company news
* Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
* Identify customer needs to result in effective solutions and encourage sales for the company
* Prepare reports on account status
* Answer any customer queries and manage expectations
* Process orders and take payments
* Update customer records on the company database
* Liaise and assist the field sales team and achieve any company goals
* General office support
About you:
* Experience in Account Management or Business Development of 2+ years
* Strong attention to details
* Ability to build relationships with clients
* Good organizational skills
* Team player
