About the role:

Our client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients within BESS. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the renewable industry.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for our products across Energy Storage System (MUST), Wind Turbines, Solar etc. to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the renewable industry.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our renewable energy solutions.

7. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

8. Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management.

9. Stay updated on renewable energy policies, regulations, and incentives to leverage them in sales strategies and maximize business opportunities.

Qualification and expertise:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

2. 3-5 years Energy Storage System experience and track record of success is a MUST, other renewable technologies experience such as solar, wind etc. is a plus.

3. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
