Hybrid working; 3-4 days on-site or from the office

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be required to

* Oversee the management and performance of major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

* Manage health and safety compliance, including preparing project-specific RAMs and H&S paperwork.

* Plan and monitor project progress, negotiate with clients on job programs, and manage procurement schedules.

* Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor job costs and ensure contractual compliance.

* Foster client relations and manage workforce operations to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.

Candidate:

* Proven experience managing construction projects valued between £200k to £5 million+

* Demonstrated ability to ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout project execution.

* Proficiency in MS Office suite and ideally experienced with BIM software.

* Full clean driving license.

* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finishing.

* Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to lead and manage integrated, collaborative teams to achieve project success.

* Degree or postgraduate qualification in construction management or related field preferred.

* Health and Safety qualifications desirable but not essential.

* Experience with Primavera P6 software would be advantageous.
