Mobile Handyperson

£30,000 per annum

One of our clients within the Facility Management sector is currently looking to employ a Mobile Handyperson to join their team on a full-time Temporary to Permanent

basis to provide general maintenance and repairs across commercial sites in East Sussex. A van and fuel card is provided.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Providing general planned preventative maintenance and repairs across a commercial site with duties such as: Fire alarm testing, temperature taking, Painting and Decorating, Basic electrics, basic carpentry and more.
Always maintain the professional image.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees & client employees and representatives.
Compliance and Statutory Inspections

Essential Skills:

Experience of building maintenance
A flexible and adaptable approach to working
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Full UK driving license
No criminal record- DBS check required
