Plumbing/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Nottingham
£39,000 per annum plus call out and overtime

Permanent days role, working Monday - Friday, hours  07.30-16.00. Working for one of the UK's leading building services maintenance providers you'll be qualified with either City and Guilds or NVQ in a mechanical discipline,  with proven experience in commercial maintenance work, and happy working as part of a small team on a static site. 

Your main duties will include:

Carrying our planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems such as plumbing, pipe fitting, air handling units, fan coil units, air conditioning systems, water treatment.
Assisting other engineers with general maintenance duties as and when required such as minor fabric works. 
Maintain accurate site records/documentation. 
Ensure work is completed in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £39,000 per annum, call out of 1 in 4, overtime paid at x1.5 and x2, sick pay and pension.
