We deliver high-quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) Engineering Services, with a strong focus on renewable energy solutions. Our in-house teams manage everything from concept through to commissioning and ongoing maintenance across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven M&E Site Supervisor to join our team for an exciting new-build project in Dartford, Kent, comprising new warehouse units.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical and electrical installations who can confidently manage subcontractors on-site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and keep the project on programme. You’ll be the key liaison between the site, the M&E Contracts Managers, and the main contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and induct subcontractors, ensuring all RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are followed and kept up to date.

Carry out safety checks on-site equipment and maintain accurate records.
*
Deliver daily Toolbox Talks to promote on-site health and safety awareness.
*
Monitor work progress against programme schedules and adjust activities to maintain timelines.
*
Ensure all installations are in line with design drawings and technical specifications.
*
Conduct regular quality checks on all M&E works and maintain detailed records.
*
Report progress, issues, and updates to M&E Contracts Managers.
*
Coordinate and communicate daily with the main contractor and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
*
Proven experience supervising both electrical and mechanical installations.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
*
CSCS Gold Card (or higher).
*
Solid background in commercial projects, preferably involving new builds.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
*
A proactive, organised, and safety-conscious approach.
