Role Summary
The role of compliance officer within Kare Plus is in direct support of the compliance of the Kare Plus workforce who are employed by a Kare Plus business, whilst protecting the Kare Plus brand and reputation at every opportunity.
Key Duties:
· Understand and work within the structure and ethos of the Kare Plus group
· Compliance Officers are required to carefully audit every candidate’s suitability and potential to work safely within the Kare Plus network, while safeguarding the end user and the Kare Plus brand
· Compliance officers will arrange the safe delivery of badges if candidates are deemed compliant to work by Kare Plus HQ
· Promote a culture which underpins safety and full compliance of the workforce.
· Work with Head Office to maintain and ensure ongoing development of all systems used in the compliance process
· Conduct regular audits to be able to report, measure and monitor the amounts of badges requested, declined or issued, whilst directly correlating to the historical growth of the business.
· Ensure that the business is working in line with the Compliance Operating procedures.
· Take adequate measures to report any concerns or breaches to compliance brand standards in line with the Compliance Operating Procedures.
· Build & develop a clear understanding of the compliance system, regularly review the relevant section of the operations manual and training for all services to ensure knowledge is current with franchise model
· Conduct and ensure good clear lines of communication in line with Kare Plus guidance and requirements.
· To work with KPHQ to maintain that Kare Plus’s mission, vision, values are kept up to date and true, with them being communicated effectively to the network
· To provide guidance and advice in relation to franchisees business which is honest, transparent and in line with the Kare Plus business model and the needs of the business.
· To aspire to develop and progress oneself through self-learning, relevant research and approved formal training supported by the business.
Working Hours - 9.30am - 3pm Mon, Wed & Thurs.
£12 - £12.50/hour
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
