Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of waiters to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Maintain high service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Oversee and comply with all food safety guidelines and regulations.

Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable experience.

Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, seamless service.

Serve food, take orders, and clear tables to keep the flow of service going smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in leading dinner services.

A knack for managing high-volume events, banquets, and large-scale catered occasions.

The ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.

Mastery in carrying three plates at once!

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick thinking and solid problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of hospitality trends, safety guidelines, and allergen procedures.

A calm demeanor under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
