Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic facilities maintenance team. This is a static role in the Portsmouth area, ensuring that a variety of client facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all electrical systems adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent.
Liaise with clients to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
Provide emergency on-call support as required.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a facilities maintenance environment.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license.Benefits:
