An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a leading organisation working on a wide range of complex, non-domestic projects. This role offers the chance to drive sustainable engineering solutions across a varied and high-impact estate.

What you’ll be doing:

* Lead on the design, maintenance, and upgrade of mechanical and electrical services

* Oversee building services aspects of new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs

* Manage and coordinate external consultants and contractors

* Carry out condition surveys, technical assessments, and feasibility studies

* Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability targets

* Contribute to strategic asset planning and lifecycle cost analysis

* Provide expert guidance on energy efficiency, renewable systems, and carbon reduction

* Support the development of building performance standards and documentation

* Act as a key technical advisor for internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

* Strong background in Building Services Engineering (mechanical or electrical bias)

* Experience delivering complex capital or maintenance projects

* Knowledge of relevant building regs, health and safety, and energy standards

* Degree or HND in a relevant field + membership of a professional body (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE, IET)

* Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical reporting skills
