We are currently seeking a **Graduate Electrical Engineer** to join a friendly and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. **Primary Duties of Graduate Electrical Engineer include:**

* Execute site electrical installations and upgrade work while attending to electrical breakdowns and performing maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

* Conduct routine electrical maintenance on heavy engineering equipment to ensure optimal performance.

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently, showcasing your troubleshooting skills.

* Compile daily reports for management and collaborate with fellow engineers, emphasising strong communication skills alongside your technical expertise.

* Produce and develop engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

**Ideal Candidates will have:**

* A HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification.

* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

* Strong communication skills.

* The ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Readiness to engage in engineering projects with support from seasoned engineers.

**Key Benefits Offered to Graduate Electrical Engineer:**

* Highly competitive salary package starting at £32k, with structured increases to £35k and £37k after successful completion of 6 and 12 months respectively.

* Day shift working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x and 2.0x rates.

* Professional development opportunities that facilitate progression to the Engineer level, accompanied by further salary increases.
