Job Title: Graduate Town Planner

Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including detailed reports and technical assessments.
Support senior planners in providing strategic planning advice to clients.
Contribute to the preparation of masterplans, development proposals, and policy frameworks.
Conduct site visits and assess planning opportunities and constraints.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and developers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Stay up-to-date with planning policy changes, legislation, and industry trends.
Contribute to the delivery of projects within set timescales and budgets.Essential Skills and Experience:
A degree or master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
A-Levels at B and above
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to learning and development.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
