Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, and cost reports

* Liaise with subcontractors and clients for project alignment

* Evaluate project risks and implement cost control measures

* Support contract negotiation and payment processing

Requirements:

* Proven experience in quantity surveying within construction

* Strong understanding of financial planning and contract administration

* Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
