We are currently looking for a Project QS for a hotel refurb in Kensington.

Our client is a leading Tier one, main contractor in Central London with a number of previous landmark projects across the Capital.

You will be the number 2 on the job so will need to have some management experience.

Ideally from a hotel refurb or high-end background.

You must have experience working for main contractors.

You must have atleast 5 years experience as a QS.

You must have previous experience working on projects in excess of £40m

You also have to have experience procuring and managing more complex and higher value/risk packages.

Yoy must be within an hour commute of Central London
