Currently looking for a Electrical, Instrument & Control Engineer for a client of mine based in the south-east of England.

My client is a market leader in the gas industry, specialising in turnkey projects.
The Electrical, Instrument & Control Engineer will be someone who holds good professional experience, at least 2-3+ years up to senior level.

Someone who can - 

Can select the right electrical and control equipment for specific projects
Can design safety systems in accordance with IEC61511
Can design control systems for explosive atmospheres in accordance with BS EN / IEC60079
Can engage in HAZOP / LOPA studies and risk assessments
Will confidently oversee the specification, approval, and procurement processes
Is able to lead Factory and Site Acceptance tests
Can supervise site surveys, audits, and the installation process
Can conduct pre-commissioning tests and oversee the final plant start-up
Can educate operational and maintenance personnel
Additional useful skills include:

Competently uses Siemens TIA for PLC / HMI & SCADA
Has experience of ignition configuration
Has SQL and networking knowledge
This role will be 75% home office based and 25% site based for commissioning products.
