The consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of one of the capital’s most significant residential-led developments. This ambitious project combines world-class modern design with heritage-listed buildings, ensuring the highest standards of quality. The development will feature luxury apartments, townhouses, affordable housing, and a Grade II listed building, merging British heritage with cutting-edge design.
Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major mixed-use development project.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery within budget.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project team, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Key Requirements:
Significant experience in project management within the construction and development sector, particularly on large-scale, complex projects.
Proven track record in managing residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, procurement strategies, and risk management.
Relevant degree or professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, APM, or equivalent). What They Offer:
