Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualised tutoring sessions, adapting teaching methods to meet the child's unique learning needs.
Utilise specialised resources and technologies for visually impaired students.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.
Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve learning goals.Tutor requirements:
Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA)
Minimum 2 years teaching experience
Experience working with young people with Additional Educational Needs
Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
