I am looking for a Bid writer / Submissions Manager with a good construction background, to deliver tender quality submissions excellence for projects in Belfast.

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within bid writing/submissions management. This role would suit a Bid writer.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reviewing web portals for PQQ/tender opportunities
Analysing PQQ/tender for viability as well as creating/updating PQQ/tender information on company IT systems
Managing the clarification and RFI process; proof reading colleagues' work
Creating/updating the pre-construction library/standard marketing information
Attending site visits and participating in PQQ/tender interviewsEssential requirements:

Previous experience in Bid writing/Submissions management roles
Strong IT and creative presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescalesDesirable:
