Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall running of the sales team.

* Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.

* Set/meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.

* Ensure all relevant communication and data are updated and recorded.

* Advise new business and team on products and services available.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.

* Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and plan training sessions.

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing a call centre environment would be desirable but not essential.

* Some previous experience of leading a team.

* Some previous experience within sales.

* Self-motivated and driven.
