We are looking for an experienced Wire Harness Builder to support the design and build of high-performance electrical systems for the automotive and motorsport industries. Key Responsibilities:

Build, assemble, and test wire harnesses for high-performance vehicles in the automotive and motorsport sectors
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accuracy and quality in the harness construction
Perform quality checks and fault diagnostics to ensure all systems meet the required specifications and standards
Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure seamless integration of harnesses into vehicle systems
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols at all times

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Wire Harness Builder within the automotive, motorsport, or similar high-performance engineering sectors
Strong knowledge of wiring techniques, electrical systems, and materials used in harness building
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, precise work
Experience with motorsport wiring systems (Motorsport or Autosport connectors) is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
