Description
Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary issues.
Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding of new hires.
Facilitate training and development initiatives.
Contribute to the development of HR strategy.
Maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR regulations.
Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and databases (Bright HR and/or Oracle)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in implementing and delivery people engagement strategies and initiatives.
Experience in talent management, succession planning and career development frameworks.Job Offer
An attractive salary package of between £45,000 and £50,000 (GBP).
