Start Date: September / October 2024
Salary: £1805 – £2080 per month

About the Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Supporting teachers in the classroom with daily teaching and learning activities.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students across a range of subjects.
Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and classroom management.
Helping students with additional needs reach their full potential.
Contributing to the overall positive learning environment at the academy.
What We Are Looking For:

A degree in any subject (education-related degree is an advantage).
A passion for working with young people and a desire to pursue a career in education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to support both staff and students.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
