Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts Management:

Generate contract quotations for new/returning customers.

Process service contracts upon receiving purchase orders.

Invoice contracts via SAP.

Follow up on contract quotes and provide instant cover quotations.

Quote and process warranty extensions, upgrades, and contract renewals.

Manage contract credits and rebates.

Handle internal and external point-of-sale contracts.

Mailbox Management:

Handle incoming contract enquiries and purchase orders.

Manage contract-related documents and inbound email enquiries.

Support tender submissions and resolve invoice queries.

Maintain CRM database and manage accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in contract management and customer service.

Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and tender processes is a plus
