Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
We are looking for an organised, methodical, and self-motivated Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Bid Team, ensuring the timely submission and compliance of tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and check daily sources for new tender opportunities
* Complete customer questionnaires and compliance documents with accuracy
* Analyse client documents, debate requirements, and assess PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) criteria
* Maintain a central register of tenders and track submission outcomes
* Ensure all policies remain current and coordinate with departments for certifications
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, diary management, minute taking, and report collation
* Support the Head of Bids & Tenders in formatting and compiling bid submission documents
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Prior experience in a bid team is an asset but not essential, as training will be provided
* Experience in project support or administrative roles
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work flexibly and prioritize within tight deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
* Ability to use initiative and work independently
