We are currently looking for a Class 1/ HGV 1 Flatbed Driver to join the team in Filton Bristol, you will be driving a Class 1 Flatbed vehicle, usually completing 1 delivery to Birmingham or on a route completing 3 or 4 drops going from Filton to Avonmouth, starting at 6 am a typical day could be up to 8 to 9 hours, working Monday to Friday. We also have optional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays paid at an enhanced rate.

You will need to strap and secure the load, complete vehicle checks and complete paperwork. However, no handball and no heavy lifting will be involved as the truck is loaded and unloaded for you by Crane.

This is a good opportunity for ongoing Class 1 / HGV 1 work, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.

Hours and pay

* Working Monday to Friday starting at 7am and usually working 9 hours.

* £17 per hour paid weekly every Friday.

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence, with category C+E.

* Valid Tacho and CPC.

* Safety boots, high viz and hard hat.

* An understanding of health and safety.
