Developing and implementing strategic initiatives within the department
Managing global categories and strategy
Ensuring effective communication across various teams and departments
Overseeing the negotiation and management of contracts
Continuously improving procurement processes and practices
Identifying and managing risks within the supply chain
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProfile
A successful 'Senior Global Category Manager' should have:
Experience within the BPO category
Experience in managing global strategy
