RHJ Devonshire Solicitors have an exciting position available for a Conveyancing Solicitor based in Central London to join their Residential Property team.
Ideally, the successful candidates will have experience in all residential transactions e.g. freehold sales, leasehold sales, freehold purchases, leasehold purchases, new build properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and non-statutory lease extensions.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of residential property work including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.

The right candidate will have?
* The ideal candidates will be at least Newly Qualified-3 years PQE
* It is essential that candidates are confident in handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing high-quality client service
* The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* The successful candidates should be confident to work in a fast-paced high pressure but friendly environment
What will your role in this department entail?
* Running a case load of property matters, sometimes with short deadlines
* Working towards billing targets
* Communicating effectively and confidently with clients and external solicitors to provide advice, discuss issues, negotiate transactions and deal with queries
* Assisting junior members of the team when necessary
* Assisting with various other tasks as required
