Trainee Deputy Manager – Children Home
West London- Ealing- Home rated Outstanding by OFSTED-Permanent Contract
1. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent; and a commitment to complete Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management in residential care within 2 years of starting.
2. Flexibility to undertake shift work including weekends, bank holidays and with notice, occasional sleep-ins.
3. Two years’ recent experience of working with children/young people who are at risk in a residential or community based setting.
4. Candidate’s age must be over 21 and they must hold current Right to Work in the UK ( at least for 1 year).
5. Salary: £30,583 rising to £31,401 after successful completion of mandatory training
6. Specific Hours: 40 hours per week shift work, including weekends and bank holidays
