The UK Head Office is London but you can choose to work 100% Remote. There is no on call or out of hours work with this role.

Description
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Investigate the root cause of performance issues (SQL Database)
Work closely with clients
Write complex queries in SQL
Escalation point
Work closely with Engineering, QA and Product Management Profile
Must haves:
SQL
SSMS
Worked in a similar role ie Application Support / Technical Support / Application Development / Software Engineering
Strong communication skills
Client facing experience Nice to haves:
C#
Can speak a second language (French or German ideally!)Job Offer
