Site Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience building services Supervisor to work for a leading, established FM contractor specialising in a broad range of projects & contracts.

Duties include:

Scheduling and packaging jobs for subcontractors
Management of planned and reactive maintenance on site
Oversee day to day compliance and H&S on site.
Carryout peridic checks and associated compliance
Ensuring all works completed are in line with RAMS as appropriate
Client liaison.
Signing off mechanical & electrical works (must have a relevant qualification).
Arranging trades on site for project work
Must have qualifications / certifications:

SSSTS or SMSTS
Professional qualification 
Previous building services experience
Supervisory experience essential
