Compound Driver

Location: Peterborough

Shift: 2-3 days per week

Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour PAYE

Contract: Part-time, Long-term, Ongoing work

We are looking for Compound Drivers to join our client’s team in Peterborough, working for one of the UK’s leading car remarketing and auction companies.

The Role:

* Safely move vehicles within a large compound.

* Manoeuvre and park vehicles in bays and workshops.

* Handle a variety of vehicles, from small cars to high-performance models.

* Drive manual, automatic, and semi-automatic transmissions.

* Inspect vehicles before moving and report any damage.

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions (appropriate workwear required).

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, max 6 points for minor offences).

* Minimum age 23 (for insurance purposes).

* Confident driving various makes and models.

* Previous driving experience is a plus.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
