Agricultural Engineer – Competitive Salary + Company Vehicle

Location: Rochford, Essex

Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-known agricultural dealership group that is looking for a skilled agricultural engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected company offering great benefits, ongoing training, and a friendly, supportive environment.

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + company vehicle
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday – Friday), with overtime paid at time and a half
Benefits: 32 days annual leave, sick pay, workplace pension, referral bonus, staff discounts, plus many more.The Role:
Repair, maintain, and service agricultural and horticultural machinery and equipment.
Diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic software.
Carry out chargeable, warranty, and internal repairs.
Work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer-facing interactions.
Lift and handle heavy machinery, using special tools when required.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in agricultural or horticultural engineering.
Ability to diagnose and repair machinery efficiently.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
A good general level of fitness.
A clean, professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Full clean driving licence required.
