Job Description:
As a Care Home Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of care and service for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home.
• Managing a team of dedicated care professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Creating and implementing care plans for residents.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience in a management role in a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
